Last June, Motorola announced on Facebook that European XOOM users get Android 3.1, but for some reason did not. Now they have made an announcement on their support forums:
Androida„¢ 3.1 for Motorola Xooma„¢ will be available soon in the air for all users Xoom Motorola in Europe. We anticipate that over-the-air deployment to begin in August, when the package is available for pickup on August 9
I’m not sure I understand your problem here, as Android 3.1 was announced in May, and many American Xoom (WiFi), the owners have Android 3.2. Hopefully this time the job done.
